This service is integrated with the software developed and managed by Weblink like CRM@Weblink, EduAutomate or via our platforms namely ExportersIndia.com, RealEstateIndia.com, TourTravelWorld.com, PlacementIndia.com, WeblinkIndia.net or any other platform, to provide a robust communication structure and enhance customer engagement. It is a service provided by Weblink.In Pvt. Ltd. ("Weblink," "we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

By accessing or using the WhatsApp Business API service, you ("User," "you," "your") agree to adhere to our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and Privacy Policy. Accordingly, Weblink shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to any unauthorized access, data breach, security failure, or technical inability to meet the stated security measures, provided that Weblink has made reasonable commercial efforts to maintain its stated protocols. The user/client expressly waives any right to claim for such breaches.

User Responsibility. The user/client is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own systems, devices, and networks used to access our services. The user/client must exercise due care to protect their account credentials, including passwords, and must not share them with any unauthorized third party. Weblink shall not be held liable for any security failure or data breach resulting from the user/client's own negligence, unauthorized sharing of credentials, or failure to secure their local systems.

Marketing Communication and Opt-Out


By signing up, you may receive service updates, newsletters, or offers via call, email, sms or WhatsApp.

You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by writing an email to whatsapp@weblink.in. However, service-critical alerts like OTPs, billing updates, and compliance notices will continue to be sent.

API and Usage Monitoring


We monitor your usage of APIs, message logs, and session activities to prevent misuse, ensure compliance with Meta guidelines, and protect against spam or abuse. Accounts found violating terms may be suspended or restricted without notice.

The user/client accepts that Weblink's role is limited to providing the services as described, and Weblink assumes no liability for the user's failure to meet any obligations under their applicable Regional Privacy Laws.
