Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between the Client/ user (“you” or “Client”) and Weblink .In Pvt. Ltd. (“Weblink,” “we,”, “us” and "company"), governing your access to and use of our WhatsApp Business API (WABA) services offered via https://whatsapp-api.weblink.in and integrated within CRM@Weblink, EduAutomate or via our platform namely ExportersIndia.com, RealEstateIndia.com, TourTravelWorld.com, PlacementIndia.com, WeblinkIndia.net or any other platform. If you do not agree to these Terms & conditions, please do not use our services.

By subscribing to or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements.


1. Service Overview and Access Requirements


Weblink provides WhatsApp Business API integration through CRM@Weblink or affiliates to help businesses communicate with their clients at scale via official, verified WhatsApp channels. This service includes:

This service is provided by Weblink .In Pvt. Ltd. via some of its platforms even bundled as a package, with or without CRM integration (features may vary).

Client assumes full liability pertaining to same and undertakes to provide genuine, correct and lawful information of his or its business or for which he have complete authorization only. Weblink shall not be held liable for any failure from user/client end to provide any required document or information or for any delay due to the same.

3.3 Meta Platforms Inc. governs the approval process for WABA, including:

3.4 Weblink acts only as a service facilitator. We have no control over Meta’s internal approval process or final decisions and the client shall solely be responsible/ liable for the same.

3.5 For number migration from another vendor/BSP, it is your responsibility to ensure your current provider has disabled two-factor authentication (2FA). Without this, migration cannot proceed.

4.3 Weblink and/or Meta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your WABA service for any misuse or violation of platform guidelines, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights


5.1 All dashboards, tools, processes, bots, integrations, and backend systems provided by Weblink remain our sole intellectual property. You are granted non-transferable access solely for the duration of your active subscription with restricted usage.

5.3 The user/ client hereby grants Weblink an exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the user/client's intellectual property for the sole purpose of providing the contracted services. This license encompasses all IP owned by the user/client or for which the user/client has secured all necessary permissions and rights to license.

5.4 The user/client affirms that they have the full legal right and authority to provide all content and Intellectual Property (IP) to Weblink and to grant the required usage rights, ensuring that such content is non-infringing, legal, and lawful. The user/client accepts that Weblink does not verify the content's compliance. The user/client shall bear sole and complete liability and shall indemnify Weblink against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from any allegation that the content or IP provided by the user/client is infringing, unlawful, or illegal.

6. Data Controller & Processor


6.1 You are the Data Controller and we are the Data Processor. We process personal data solely on your behalf to provide the service you opted for. You may request data deletion or modification by email to whatsapp@weblink.in, but you understand that this may disrupt service, and Weblink is not liable for such disruption.

6.2 Data Retention: We may retain certain data, such as invoices or contractual records, as required by law or for the establishment or defense of legal claims.

6.3 Anonymized Data: Anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you is not considered personal data and may be retained and used by us.

6.4 Residual Visibility: Upon your request, we will permanently delete your personal data from our internal systems. However, you acknowledge that some data may remain temporarily visible in external caches (e.g., search engines), which is beyond our control.

6.5 Data Deletion Waiver : By requesting data deletion, you authorize us to permanently delete your personal data. You agree that Weblink is not liable for any claims, service unavailability, or lost data resulting from this deletion and you shall not raise any claims against Weblink after requesting for data deletion before any judicial or non-judicial body or before any other office/ forum.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty


7.1 The service will be provided as per the demo given and the features available at the time of onboarding on "as is" and "as available" basis. Any new requirements or suggestions will be reviewed for feasibility and may be rejected or provided as a free or paid enhancement. Delivery timelines for such requests may vary depending on the scope and feasibility.

7.2 Weblink and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

8. Account Suspension or Termination


Weblink reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your WABA service without prior notice under the following circumstances:

In such cases, your access to the WABA or CRM or affililated platform may be revoked immediately without any refund or prior notice.

9. Charges, Billing & Refunds


9.1 All pricing is communicated before onboarding and is billed on a prepaid basis. Charges may include:

9.2 Additional Cost for Changes in an Already Activated WABA Account/Services: Any change, action, or issue arising from the client’s end that requires re-onboarding or reconfiguration of the WhatsApp Business API account—such as changes in FBM access or FBM profile, removal of partner details from FBM, forgotten FBM credentials or OTP issues, number blockage, addition or replacement of a WABA number, account suspension or deactivation by Meta due to policy violations, addition of new features, or any other technical or non-technical reason—shall attract additional charges.

9.3 Any other charges as communicated or levied or advertised by the company. Charges may be changed without any prior notice at the sole descrition of the Weblink. In Pvt Ltd.

9.4 Wallet Recharge: Sending WhatsApp template messages requires a separate wallet recharge. Applicable charges are levied as per Meta’s WhatsApp pricing model based on message categories such as Utility, Marketing, and Authentication. The per-template charges and applicable rates are transparently displayed within the CRM and will include a markup by Weblink and applicable GST.

9.4 Refund Policy


a) All payments for Weblink services are considered final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our services and the costs involved in their activation, we cannot provide refunds for any fees.

9.5 Disclaimer: Weblink is not liable for any delays or service interruptions caused by technical issues on the user's end or on third-party platforms, such as WhatsApp or Meta.

9.6 Unauthorized Charges If you believe you have been subject to unauthorized or fraudulent charges, you should contact Weblink support at whatsapp@weblink.in immediately. Upon verification of such claims, a full or partial refund will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

9.7 Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle or expiry of the opted services, and you will not receive a refund for any used or unused portion of the subscription period. No refund request due to cancellation of services by the user shall be entertained.

Please note: All complaints to the Grievance Officer shall be made in writing with providing a detailed complaint including all the details and documents as or if you wanted to provide.

11. Confidentiality


Each of our user agrees to treat as confidential all non-public information, including business data, trade secrets, communication, pricing of opted package and technical information ("Confidential Information"), received from Weblink. The user shall not disclose or use the Weblink's Confidential Information for any purpose outside the scope of this Agreement without prior written consent.

12. Legal Age of User


By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in India and your jurisdiction and are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the business entity you represent.

13. Force Majeure


Weblink shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, government acts, or major internet outages ("Force Majeure Event").

You agree that Weblink may use your company's or personal name and logo in its marketing materials, on its website, and in case studies to identify you as a client. If you wish to opt out of this, you must provide written notice to Weblink via mail to whatsapp@weblink.in.

17. Entire Agreement


This Agreement, along with any documents referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Weblink and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written except for any service agreement duly executed after the date of publication of these terms which shall be in addition to these terms & conditions.

18. Severability


If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Survival Clause


The following clauses shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement: Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Rights, Confidentiality, and this Survival Clause.

20. No-Waiver Clause


No failure or delay by Weblink to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver is only effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Weblink.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

23. Changes to Terms


Weblink reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
