• Available only through CRM@Weblink (not standalone)
• Cannot be integrated into third-party software or websites
• All messaging is managed within CRM@Weblink; no external support provided

3. Eligibility and Account Setup

Meta Verification & Approval: Accounts are subject to Meta’s approval, including business verification and review of display names and templates. Weblink cannot influence Meta’s decisions.

Deactivation Policy: Meta may deactivate accounts for policy violations or false/incomplete information.

Information Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete business details as per Meta’s guidelines.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta Policies: Including WhatsApp Business, Commerce, and Opt-in Policies.
• Respect Opt-in: Only message users who have given explicit permission.
• Use Approved Templates: Only send messages using Meta-approved templates.
